  • The Guest Services Station is located  on the field.

  • The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe. Some activities may be modified or postponed. For updates during adverse weather, please visit our website. Additionally, keep an eye out for SMS alerts regarding weather changes and consult our website and social media for the latest information.

  • Your ticket grants you entry for the entire evening. Stay as long as you'd like until Santa turns out the lights when the park closes.

  • Yes, spectators are allowed during daytime skate and tubing sessions, free of charge.  However, spectators must obtain their FREE ticket online when purchasing.

  • In the event of separation, please go to the nearest Guest Services station for assistance. Our staff is trained to help reunite families quickly.

Venue Information

  • Please visit the Guest Services station or contact us online for assistance with lost items.

  • Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.

  • Only trained service dogs, as defined by the ADA, are allowed. Service animals must be under the handler’s control, and their vaccinations must be up to date. For details on our special pet-friendly night, please visit our website.

  • The First Aid station is located on the field adjacent to the Magic Forest Ice Skating check-in pavilion.

  • Please visit the "Prohibited Items" section on our website for a full list of prohibited items.

  • Re-entry is not permitted. If you need to leave for an emergency, please contact Guest Services for assistance.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the park. Designated smoking areas are located outside the venue.

Event Information

  • Yes, JINGLE! Holiday has multiple locations. Visit our website to explore all available destinations.

  • On average, guests spend about 90 minutes exploring the event, but there is no time limit. Stay as long as you'd like until Santa turns out the light!

  • This is an outdoor event, so dress for the weather. Don’t forget to wear your favorite Christmas sweater and comfortable shoes, as there will be plenty of walking!

  • Yes, we have heaters and fire pits throughout the venue, as well as heated tents for warming up.

Acessibility & Safety

  • ADA access to the field is located near the main entrance.

  • Yes, ADA parking is available near the park entrance.

  • Wheelchairs are not available for rent but can be provided for emergency use.

Prohibited Items

  • Prohibited items include firearms, weapons, outside food and beverages, large bags, and professional cameras. For a complete list, click here.

  • Firearms or Other Weapons of any kind (with or without permit) are strictly prohibited. Guests will not be permitted entry to the event for any reason.

Food & Beverage

  • We offer a variety of food and drink options from concession areas in the concourse to food trucks and multiple beverage huts and bars.  There are also catering options for groups, suites, and at St. Nick’s Supper Club.  

  • Maps are available at Guest Services.

  • Yes, alcohol is available at designated areas for guests 21 and over.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Exceptions are made for baby food or milk.

Ticketing

  • Ticket prices vary based on date and availability. Visit our ticketing page for the latest pricing information.

  • Your Arrival Window is the earliest time you can enter the event. You can stay as long as you'd like, but we recommend arriving within your chosen time for the best experience.

  • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, dissatisfaction, or non-attendance. However, if the event is canceled due to weather, we will offer rescheduling options.

  • Yes, we offer a VIP Package that includes access to Fast Pass lanes, dedicated VIP Entrance into the venue, a JINGLE! swag bag with gifts (valued over $12), complimentary JINGLE! Juice (alcohol or non-alcohol), a $10 retail voucher good inside the JINGLE! Shop, and access to the exclusive Tipsy Tree Lodge.

  • Fast Pass grants you priority access through a FAST PASS LANE to ice skating, snow tubing, and visits with Santa. Please note, ice skating and snow tubing tickets must still be purchased.

  • Tickets cannot be split after purchase. If your group can’t attend together, we recommend moving all tickets to a new date for an additional fee.

    We’re excited to welcome you! Please note that once tickets are purchased, they cannot be split. If your group is unable to attend together, we encourage you to reschedule all tickets to a new date for a nominal fee. We look forward to celebrating with you soon!

  • Trip protection allows you to reschedule or cancel your visit under certain conditions. Please visit our website for full details.

  • If your card was declined and you didn’t receive an order number, you do not have tickets. Pending charges will disappear in 1-2 business days.

Group Tickets

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of 25 or more. Please note, this excludes VIP and discounted tickets.  Learn more about Group Tickets.

ACTIVITIES - Frequently Asked Questions

Ice Skating

  • Yes, a ticket and reservation are required for ice skating.

  • There is no charge for skates.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own ice skates.

  • Yes, all participants must sign a waiver before ice skating. For those under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.  It is advised that you complete your waiver online before your visit to speed the check-in process.  Waivers can be completed online during the ticket purchase or at the venue if necessary.

  • There is no age requirement for skating. Skaters must be able to skate steadily.

  • For safety reasons, only skates are allowed on the ice. Guests must either wear their own skates or rent a pair from us.

  • We’re thrilled to present our extensive range of ice skates, available in sizes starting from children’s size 3 all the way up to a remarkable size 17.

  • In case of rain or other inclement weather, we will assess the safety of the ice. If conditions are unsafe, we will offer the option to reschedule or refund your skating session.

  • There is no set time for your skating session.  Enjoy the illuminated skating path for as long as you'd like, but once you remove and return your skates, your session is considered complete.

  • We provide bins for skaters to store their belongings while on the ice. Please note that storage is at your own risk

  • We use real ice for the best skating experience.

  • We do not provide support devices, but our skating path is equipped with a handrail to help guests steady themselves.

Snow Tubing

  • Yes, both a ticket and a reservation are required for snow tubing.

  • Yes, all participants must sign a waiver before tubing. For those under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.  Waivers can be completed online during the ticket purchase or at the venue if necessary.

  • Snow tubing sessions last for 90 minutes.  We recommend you check-in 15 minutes prior of your start time to show your waiver and get in line.  

  • Specific height and age requirements may apply.

  • Yes, we use real snow to create an exciting and authentic snow tubing experience.

  • The Kid’s Sno-Go-Round is a carousel-style ride for children. This ride is free to small children.
